Digital records & smile preview
Your consultation begins with a photo series and digital scan - the foundation for your treatment planning. We then use the Invisalign Outcome Simulator to evaluate if Invisalign treatment is recommended first. We also use Smilefy AI-powered smile design software to preview your potential new smile with 3DVNR™ no-prep veneers.
HOW IT WORKS
The N.I.S.E. Method stages
The N.I.S.E. Method is a six stage protocol built around your specific needs, desires, and goals. Your consultation determines which ones you actually need, which you don’t. Many of our patients complete all six stages for the ultimate smile enhancement, others complete their smile journey after Invisalign, gum contouring, and whitening alone. Dr. Kralj builds your specific protocol at your consultation — nothing is prescribed by default.
03 Contour
Laser gum contouring
An attractive, harmonious smile isn’t just about teeth - balanced gum levels matter just as much. Using the Solea soft-tissue laser, Dr. Kralj can refine the gum line in minutes with only topical anesthetic, no bleeding, and results visible immediately. Gums may appear lightly “blanched” and heal fully within about 7 days.
05 Enhance
3DVNR™ no-prep veneers
For aesthetic concerns that Invisalign can’t address, 3DVNR™ “no-prep” veneers takes the smile to the next level — with no enamel removed, no drilling, and no temporaries. The entire digital workflow, from scan to smile design to 3D printing, happens on site and is hand-finished by ORA’s ceramist.

Move or Remove? The choice is obvious. Removing enamel is what most dentists do. Moving teeth and preserving enamel is what we do. Many patients wanting no-prep veneers need their teeth straightened first to minimize or eliminate the need to remove healthy enamel later. With Orthopulse we can accelerate Invisalign treatment by up to 50%.
04 Whiten
Zoom teeth whitening
Everyone wants a whiter, brighter smile and the fastest way to get that is with in-office teeth whitening. In-office Zoom whitening uses a hydrogen peroxide gel and specialized LED light to lift teeth several shades in roughly 45–60 minutes. Results generally last 12 to 24 months, depending on your habits.
06 Protect
3D printed retainer / night guard
Protecting your results is as important as achieving them. Invisalign patients wear a nightly retainer to prevent teeth from shifting and 3DVNR™ patients wear a thin night guard that protects the porcelain restorations from chipping. Both are 3D-printed in-house and ready the same day.
